This is Privacy Policy will take effect on 15th Jun 2022. URUZ is the name operated by Mind Trade Sdn Bhd, owned by local Malaysian company. It provides adaptation of working remotely, related to HR including claims and leave, Payroll, and attendance (website and apps) managed by URUZ. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, disclose and/or process the personal data you have provided to us and/or we possess about you, whether now or in the future, as well as to assist you in making an informed decision before providing us with any of your personal data. • Name, phone number, email, address, business details when you or your employer create URUZ account.
• We collect location-based data (GPS coordinates) through our geolocation feature.
• We collect time entry and attendance when using the App.
